You must meet the following requirements to use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

CryptoMine Pro provides a cloud-based crypto mining simulation platform where users can earn virtual coins, invite referrals, participate in promotions, and manage digital assets. All rewards, balances, and earnings displayed on the Platform are virtual and subject to the rules and limitations described herein.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We will not be liable if any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud, deception, or manipulation of platform features, including fake referrals or automated bot usage.
• Using automated scripts, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's security or infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referral bonuses, or reward systems.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed through third-party payment providers.
• We do not store payment card information on our servers.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may require additional documentation.
• Processing times for withdrawals typically range from 1 to 7 business days.
• Conversion rates between coins and cryptocurrencies are determined by platform algorithms and market conditions.
• We reserve the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on transactions as necessary.
• Any fees associated with transactions will be clearly displayed before confirmation.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by CryptoMine Pro or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any materials.
• Use CryptoMine Pro trademarks without prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected.
• Virtual earnings or rewards have real-world monetary value outside the Platform.

Crypto mining simulations and virtual rewards are for entertainment and engagement purposes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoMine Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
• Any outstanding withdrawal requests may be cancelled.
• Virtual balances and rewards may be forfeited.
• Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoMine Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You agree that any legal action must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
